Job description

We're hiring for a Precision Indicator Assembler.

Are you a master of meticulous detail? Our client, a global leader in aerospace manufacturing, is looking for a skilled Indicator Assembler to join their elite team of specialists. In this role, you ll work at the cutting edge of mechanical and electronic assembly, crafting aerospace indicators that perform in the most demanding environments.

What You ll Be Doing:

  • Assembling high-precision mechanical and electronic indicators to exacting aerospace standards.
  • Handling tiny, intricate components with tweezers, microscopes, and precision tools.
  • Performing micro-soldering, bonding, torquing, and fine mechanical fitment to the tightest tolerances.
  • Conducting in-process and final quality checks using calipers, multimeters, microscopes, and other tools.
  • Maintaining full traceability and documentation for every assembly.
  • Following AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality protocols in a clean, organized, ESD-safe environment.
  • Collaborating with quality, engineering, and production teams to meet delivery and quality goals.

What You ll Bring:

Essential:

  • Proven experience in precision assembly in aerospace, defence, electronics, or medical sectors.
  • Excellent manual dexterity and comfort working with small, delicate parts.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and work instructions.
  • Deep commitment to quality, consistency, and continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001, and IPC-A-610 quality standards.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset.

Desirable:

  • IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 soldering certification.
  • Experience inESD-safe or cleanroomenvironments.
  • Exposure to MES/ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
