Job Role:Despatch Operative/ Packer
Hours: Monday to Friday 6.00am-2.00pm
Role Type:Temp to perm
Hourly rate: from£12.35 per hour

gap personnel Bristol are operating as an employment business and currently looking to recruit multiple Production Operatives for our manufacturing client based in Clevedon, BS21.

Vacancies at present:

CNC Machine Minder / Machinist

• Operate pre-programmed CNC machines
• Maintain smooth machine operation
• Previous machining experience preferred

Fabricator

• Finish CNC-machined moulds using heat guns
• Fit engraved and vinyl labels with precision
• Strong attention to detail and ability to read drawings essential

Wood Case Assembler

• Assemble wooden shipping cases
• Ideal for candidates with carpentry or strong DIY skills
• Must be confident using tape measures and reading technical drawings

Fibreboard Operative

• Operate automatic and semi-automatic machinery
• Assemble cardboard cartons and fittings
• Assist in final product builds including moulds and internal components

Despatch / Packer

• Handling and packing customer goods using in-house packaging
• Ensuring goods are packed accurately and securely
• Working efficiently to meet daily despatch targets
• Following correct health & safety measures for the site
