Job summary

Wienerberger Ltd is seeking a Production Operative for our Sandtoft site in Doncaster. You will be trained to operate factory machinery, manage daily production tasks, and support colleagues to ensure high quality output.

The role involves handling forklifts, loading/unloading, and maintaining safety across rotating shifts. We provide full training, PPE, and a benefits package including pension and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Experience in a factory/manufacturing environment is desirable, but full training is provided.
• Good literacy due to paperwork involved.
• Excellent time keeping and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate various factory machinery and equipment.
• Load and unload vehicles and support production targets.
• Maintain high safety standards and assist quality control.
• Participate in training and upskill as required.
• Carry out stock yard and factory cleaning tasks.
• Work as part of a team to ensure efficient production flow.
