Wienerberger Ltd is recruiting a Production Operative for our Sandtoft site in Doncaster. You will be trained to operate machinery, support production flow, and maintain safety at all times.

A hands-on role with daily responsibilities includes loading/unloading, cleaning, and assisting the Quality team to achieve high-quality output. We provide full training, PPE, and opportunities to grow within a leading building materials company.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a busy factory environment with hands-on duties.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing daily priorities in production.
• Commitment to safety and healthy working practices.
• Capable of working as part of a team in a hands-on role.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and manage various production processes.
• Load and unload vehicles to support production flow.
• Assist Quality department to maintain quality standards.
• Stock yard and factory cleaning tasks as required.
• Participate in training to develop role and skills.
