Job Description:

Our client, a manufacturing organisation, is seeking two individuals to join their team as Production Operatives. These are temporary - permanents for the right people.

As a Production Operative, you will play a vital role in our client's manufacturing facility located in South Woodham Ferrers. The position is available immediately and offers an 8-hour workday, Monday to Friday, at a rate of £11.44 per hour. The total working hours per week will be 40.

In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks, including but not limited to:

• Performing manual tasks involved in production and assembly
• Ensuring a high degree of quality in the assembly of manufactured products
• Distributing goods within the facility
• Operating machinery safely and efficiently
• Using a range of hand and power tools where applicable
• Maintaining a high level of attention to detail throughout the production process
• Ability to heavy lift as required

You should also have a clear understanding of verbal and written English to ensure effective communication within the team.

Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
