Production Operative - Shifts (3 Shift Pattern)

Due to continued growth, Acorn by Synergie is looking for Operatives to work at their client's department on a 3 shift rotation. This will be Monday to Friday with fantastic rates of pay starting at £15.51 per hour.

Full training will be given, but successful applicants will have a great eye for detail and good dexterity due to the nature of the work and detailed components. You will use high-powered jet washers to clean aircraft components. This is an opportunity to join a fantastic established team that puts their employees at the forefront to enable success.

Shift Pattern:

1. Monday to Friday 10pm to 6am
2. Followed by Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm
3. Followed by 2pm to 10pm

Permanent opportunities are available for the right candidate after the qualifying period.

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous experience of power washers / machine operating
• Experience of working in a manufacturing environment
• Great attention to detail and quality standards
• Good level of English (writing, reading, and verbal)
• Flexible
• Team player
• Awareness of health and safety
