Job summary

Wienerberger Ltd (Sandtoft site, Doncaster) is hiring a Production Operative to support safe, efficient production of roof tiles. You will operate machinery, load materials, meet targets, keep areas clean and participate in training on a 6.00am-6.00pm 4 on/4 off pattern.

The role offers a basic rate of £13.25 per hour, weekly pay, a £5,000 annual shift allowance, and benefits including private medical insurance and employee wellbeing programmes. Prior manufacturing experience is welcome.

Come and join us as a Production Operative at our Sandtoft site in Doncaster!

Wienerberger Ltd manufactures and provides wall, roof and landscaping products for the construction sector. We offer innovative and sustainable solutions across the whole building envelope for new build, renovation projects and across the building industry.

About the Role

As a Production Operative you will be trained to work with tools and machinery to support safe and efficient production with high‑quality results.

Duties also include:

• Operate machinery safely
• Meet production targets
• Load and unload materials
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas
• Participate in training

This role helps us deliver high‑quality products and supports our purpose across the business.

This site produces Roof tiles, supporting our manufacturing of high quality building materials across the UK.

This position is based at Sandtoft site, which is near Belton and easily commutable from Scunthorpe, Thorne, Gainsborough and Doncaster.

Due to the site location, it is accessible by personal vehicles only. Free parking is available.

Hours of Work: 6.00am to 6.00pm on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern
