Production Operative (Rotating Shifts)

We are currently recruiting for our large reputable client in Tewkesbury.

Experience of working in production as a machine operative would be ideal; however, candidates who are proactive with the ability to work accurately and with precision in a fast-paced environment will also be considered for a trainee role, which will prepare you for full-time work as a Production Operative.

The Production Operative Role

This role is hands-on and involves rotating roles across the factory. Key duties include:

1. Operating various machinery to meet production requirements
2. Moving goods
3. Performing physical tasks requiring lifting
4. Adhering to company policy, including being clean-shaven to wear a mask
5. Working in a dusty environment with heavy lifting

Working Hours:

06:00-14:00 Monday to Friday
14:00-midnight Monday to Thursday

To meet shift times, you need your own transportation or live within walking/cycling distance of the depot. Public transport from Cheltenham, Gloucester, or Worcester does not arrive early enough.
