Pilgrim's Europe in Llanidloes is recruiting team members for a hands-on role in our food operation. No prior experience is required as full training is provided, with a supportive Buddy Programme to help you settle in.

Working Monday to Friday with a 6am start, you will learn the processes, develop practical skills, and have opportunities to progress within the business. We offer meals, breaks, and staff benefits to support you as you grow.

• Handle food safely and in line with hygiene standards.
• Meet customer specifications and improve processes as part of a team.
• Perform manual handling tasks as required.
