Job Description:

The Best Connection are recruiting Production Operatives/Labourers for our client based near Richmond. These positions are ongoing on a temporary basis but also has the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.

Duties include:

• Manually setting up concrete panel beds
• Pulling wire through concrete slabs
• Loading and unloading materials
• Other general labouring tasks

The candidate:

• Physically fit
• Applicants from a construction background - i.e. ground works experience, working with concrete - have relevant work experience
• Due to the location, candidates must have own transport

Hours of work:

• Monday to Friday
• Working hours between 07.00am and 19:00pm
• Up to 50 hours per week

Pay Rates:

• £11.75 per hour basic rate for first 40 hours worked
• £17.63 per hour overtime rate after standard 40 hours worked

This is a physically demanding job so candidates must be hard working and reliable. Overtime is expected to be worked when the business requires.
