Berry Recruitment is currently hiring a committed and experienced Production Operative to work in Oxford, Oxfordshire.

Role: Production Operator – Pharmaceutical

Salary: £28,000 per annum

Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire

Hours: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform production and packaging procedures following relevant documentation and procedures.
• Support and deliver effective Right First-Time processes.
• Perform and record cleaning of processing equipment and areas as per documentation and procedures.
• Communicate adverse events witnessed during batch manufacture and environmental abnormalities.
• Promote and adhere to CGMP practices, ensuring traceability and compliance with instructions.
• Notify Line Management of any health and safety issues.
• Assist within the Production Department as required.

• Some manufacturing background, ideally in pharmaceutical, food, or supplement industries.
• Attention to detail is essential.
