Overview

We're currently recruiting flexible Production Operatives to join a leading meat processing factory in Haverhill. Whether you're looking for part-time or full-time work, this is a great opportunity to build a stable and long-term career within a supportive and well-established company.

The role is based in a chilled/cold environment and involves hands-on, physical tasks - ideal for candidates looking for reliable work with weekly pay and excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out a range of production duties including preparing, processing, and packaging meat products
• Work safely and effectively in a chilled environment, following strict food hygiene standards
• Support your team to meet daily production targets
• Follow all health & safety procedures across tasks

Shifts Available

• Monday to Friday – no weekends
• Morning Shift: 7am - 3pm (Mon-Thurs) / 6am - 2pm (Fri)
• Back Shift: 3pm - 11pm (Mon-Thurs) / 2pm - 10pm (Fri)
• Mid Shift: 11am - 6pm (Mon-Fri, involves heavier lifting/manual tasks)

Work full time or book shifts each week - flexible work around you!

What We're Looking For

• Flexibility to work part-time or full-time across set shifts
• Ability to commute to site in Haverhill
• Comfortable working in a cold/chilled environment
• Physically fit and capable of manual lifting (Manual role only on the 11am to 6pm shift)
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• No experience needed - full training provided
