Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated production operative to join our team at Nu Style, Aberdeen. Your role will involve contributing to the production of high-quality products, adhering to health and safety procedures, quality standards, and updating production paperwork.

Skills and Experience

• Previous production experience is desirable; a forklift certificate is preferred but full training will be provided during probation if needed.
• Experience with operating machinery.
• Ability to work independently and understand your responsibilities within the team.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with a diverse range of people.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Hours

This full-time role involves 37.5 hours per week with weekends off. The schedule is rotating: Monday to Friday, 6am – 2pm in week 1 and 2pm – 10pm in week 2. Part-time options are available, including job sharing or shorter days. Please specify your preferences when applying.
