Production Operative (non food)
Temporary to Permanent
Location: North Norfolk
Working Hours: 12-hour shift pattern, inc. days, nights, and weekends.
Salary: GBP13.71 per hour, including an attendance bonus
Own Transport required due to the shift pattern and location.

ISQ Recruitment is currently recruiting Production Operative for a leading manufacturing client based in Norfolk. The role offers immediate start date and provide a fantastic entry point into the manufacturing industry. No previous experience is necessary full training will be provided!

Key Responsibilities:
Perform detailed inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve quality issues.
Accurately document inspection results through reports and logs.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and quality
