CRANSWICK COUNTRY FOODS RIVERSIDE IN HULL ARE LOOKING TO EXPAND THEIR TEAM AND ARE RECRUITING FOR A PRODUCTION OPERATIVE ROLE

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, Cranswick Country Foods Riverside. Riverside, established in 2012, operates as a satellite site to their primary processing facility in Preston, Hull. They produce fresh and added-value pork for a major retailer. The company prioritizes factory investment and future strategy by delivering best-in-market supply chain standards and fostering a quality culture that emphasizes customer needs. Despite their scale, they remain a local business with traditional values. To support their growth, they are looking to expand the Nights team and have immediate full-time opportunities for Production Operatives on a 4on 4off shift pattern.

We are seeking reliable, flexible, self-motivated, and hardworking candidates, which could lead to permanent employment.

Responsibilities include:

• Assembling pork products into packaging, labelling, and packing
• Physically able to move heavy meat products
• Checking product quality continuously on the line
• Following work instructions and procedures
• Meeting deadlines with enthusiasm and conscientiousness
• Working independently and as part of a team
• Being proactive and eager to learn and develop
• Adhering to Health and Safety standards at a high level
• Experience in the industry is advantageous but not essential
• Complying with Food Safety and Quality procedures at all times

• Night shift pay: £14.82 per hour
• Working hours: 6pm - 6am
• Shift pattern: 4on 4off
