We are seeking a dedicated Production Operative to join a new night shift team with one of our clients in Eastfield. As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that production targets are met and maintaining high standards of quality.
Machine Operative responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently to meet production targets
• Assemble and pack products according to the quality standards and production guidelines
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure all products meet specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient production environment
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent workplace accidents
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing input and feedback on production processes

The right candidate for this machine operative role will have:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Willingness to work night shifts and flexibility to work overtime when required
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
