Night Shift Production Operative Join a Global Packaging Leader

Location: Wellington, TA21 9JG
Pay: GBP29,328.00
Hours: Full-time Sunday to Thursday 10:00pm 6:00am

We re Hiring on Behalf of Our Client A Global Leader in Sustainable Packaging

Our client, a major international packaging manufacturer, is expanding their night shift team at their Wellington site. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking company offering long-term career development, excellent training, and a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and set up advanced production machinery
• Ensure product quality meets company standards
• Work collaboratively to reduce downtime and improve efficiency
• Follow a structured training pathway to become a multi-skilled operative

Pay & Overtime

• Night Shift Rate: GBP14.10/hour then raised to GBP15.50 after learning the machines.
• Overtime: Paid at time and a half
  • GBP21.15/GBP23.25 (post training) per hour for any hours worked beyond standard shift times
