Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is seeking a Production Operative for a Temporary to Permanent position in Nuneaton, working a night shift from 10pm to 6am, Monday to Friday. The role offers pay £12.98 per hour plus a shift allowance of £3.50 per hour (£16.48 per hour) and a productivity bonus.

The site is in the Bermuda estate area of Nuneaton and all candidates will undergo a drug and alcohol test at interview. Benefits include full PPE and 35 days holiday per annum once permanent.

Responsibilities

• Production Operative duties as part of a well established manufacturing team, working night shift Monday to Friday 10pm–6am.
• Assistance with production targets and adherence to health and safety protocols.
