We are recruiting on behalf of our client, Cranswick Prepared Poultry, located in the HU7 area, Hull. Our client is a leading UK food producer supplying premium food to major UK grocers, the food service sector, and global customers. They are investing in market-leading technologies and infrastructure, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.

They are looking to expand their NIGHTSHIFT team with immediate opportunities for full-time Production Operatives on a 4on/4off schedule, working from 6pm to 6am. Successful candidates should be reliable, flexible, self-motivated, and hardworking, with the potential for permanent employment.

Responsibilities include:

• Assembling prepared chicken products into packaging, labelling, and packing
• Checking product quality continuously
• Following work instructions and procedures
• Meeting deadlines with enthusiasm and conscientiousness
• Working independently and as part of a team
• Learning and developing new skills proactively
• Adhering to health and safety standards
• Complying with food safety and quality procedures

We Offer:

• £13.35 per hour
• Working hours: 6pm-6am
• Shift pattern: 4on/4off
