Night Shift Production Operatives - Exeter

Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting for Night Shift Production Operatives to join the team at Howmet Aerospace, a global leader in advanced aerospace manufacturing, located in Exeter.

• Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent.
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10pm - 6am.
• Pay Rate: Starting at £16.19 per hour plus overtime available after training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and hand tools to manufacture aerospace components.
• Carry out precise assembly and inspection of detailed parts.
• Coating and dipping parts.
• Follow manufacturing instructions and quality control procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Work as part of a team to meet production targets.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing, production or general industrial environment.
• Experience using hand tools or operating machinery is advantageous, but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow quality standards.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High awareness of health and safety procedures.
• Reliable, flexible, and able to work as part of a team.
