The Role

We’re on the lookout for motivated Production Operatives to join our fast-paced team. Based on the factory floor, you’ll be hands-on in preparing, assembling, and packaging food products that meet the highest standards in safety, quality, and efficiency.

This is a great opportunity to kickstart or continue your career in food manufacturing with a company that values teamwork, growth, and wellbeing.

Morning Shift Hours

Monday - Thursday / 07:00 - 15:00

Friday / 06:00 - 14:00

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Production Operative, you will:

Manufacture and pack food products in line with company standards
Follow strict hygiene, safety, and quality procedures
Keep work areas clean and organised throughout the shift ("Clean As You Go")
Operate machinery where trained and required
Complete documentation accurately and on time
Support daily targets while maintaining product quality
Flag and report any issues, defects, or safety concerns
Assist with product changeovers and basic machine setup
Maintain full traceability through correct labelling and recording

Good understanding of equipment and production goals
Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping
