We are currently working with a leading FMCG business based in Paddock Wood.

Due to ongoing growth, they are seeking 3 Production Operatives to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. The Production Operatives will assist with the timely delivery of high-quality, finished products, ensuring a high standard of work and following the production and shipping schedules.

The ideal candidate will have some previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

There will be an initial 6-month training period with hours from Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm. After training, shifts will rotate weekly between 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm, with a shift allowance added to the basic salary.
