Job summary

Fenmarc is looking for enthusiastic Level 3 Operatives to join our team in Wisbech. You’ll own your station, perform basic machinery checks, complete clear paperwork, and help keep production on schedule in a fast-paced veg packaging facility.

You’ll be the go-to person for questions and quick fixes, ensuring work is done safely, smoothly and to spec. Training and support will be provided to help you reach your potential.

As a Level 3 Operative, you’re a key part of keeping our packing and prep assets running like clockwork. You’ll take ownership of your station, carry out basic machinery checks, complete clear and accurate paperwork, and help keep the team on track with the production schedule.

You’ll be the friendly go-to for questions, quick fixes, and keeping the energy up on shift. As a Level 3 Operative, which includes Slicing, dicing, wedging ,mixing, bin washing and label producing, you’ll be trusted with specialist equipment and tasks that help us deliver top-quality, prepped veg and packaging—fast, fresh, and ready for every plate in the UK.
