DFS Furniture PLC is seeking a Production Operative for the Kitting team at Woodmill. You will pick and prepare timber, CNC components and fixings to create complete kits delivered to the right area on time, while maintaining stock control and a safe, orderly workspace.

The role involves fast-paced manufacturing, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth production flows. Comprehensive training and a range of employee benefits are provided.

We’re the leading sofa retail specialist in the UK, helping people find a comfy seat on their great quality sofas since 1969.**About the role:**As a Production Operative in our Kitting team at our Lincoln House Woodmill, you'll be a key part of the manufacturing process, ensuring our production teams have everything they need to build the quality sofa frames that form the foundation of every DFS sofa.You'll accurately pick and prepare timber, CNC-machined components, fixings and other materials, creating complete kits that are delivered to the right production area at the right time. By keeping materials organised and readily available, you'll help production run efficiently, minimise delays and maintain the high standards of quality we're known for.Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you'll collaborate closely with colleagues across the Woodmill, maintain accurate stock levels, and ensure your work area remains safe, clean and organised.
