Job summary

Interaction Recruitment Group is seeking a Production Operative to join the team in Coventry. The role runs Monday to Friday with rotating shifts: 6AM-2PM, 2PM-10PM, and 10PM-6AM. The position is temporary to permanent with overtime available at excellent rates.

Responsibilities include operating cutting machines, monitoring equipment, ensuring product tolerances, and conducting quality checks and packing finished goods. Prior production experience is required.

Qualifications

• Must have experience working in production.
• Be available across the 3 different shift patterns stated above.
