Qualifikationen

• Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible with shifts and able to work overtime when required.

• Experience in a factory or shift-based role is a plus, but not essential.

• Follow HSE and PPE guidelines to keep everyone safe.
• Produce high-quality products and flag issues quickly.
• Support daily production targets with your shift team.
• Communicate clearly to ensure smooth handovers.
• Help drive safety, quality, and efficiency improvements.
• Operations include: flexo-print, flatbed die-cutting, gluers and stitchers.
