We’re recruiting for Production Operatives

We are currently hiring Production Operatives for our flavoured milk department at Muller in Severnside. The role involves undertaking production duties to ensure smooth operations and delivery of the daily production plan. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, quick to learn, and have food manufacturing experience, although this is not mandatory.

Contract: Full Time / Permanent

Salary: £30,302.46 per annum

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, 2 days and 2 nights (6-6)

Location: Severnside, Stroud

Responsibilities

• Follow all legal compliance, company policies, and procedures.
• Take responsibility for performance compliance.
• Promote company values and principles.
• Undertake training and development to support succession planning and team performance.
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Reduce waste through business initiatives.
• Maintain dairy plant and equipment, reporting issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Follow quality system controls to maintain product integrity.

Muller Responsibilities
