Production Operative

Location: Saxham, IP28 6QY
Pay rate: Earn between 30,321 - 32,921.20 per year, with an hourly rate of 13.72.
Shift Times: Enjoy a rotating schedule (Monday - Friday) with two shifts:

• 06:00 - 15:00
• 15:00 - 00:00 (includes a 20 bonus per day for afternoon shifts)
• Additional pay at time and a half after 42.5 hours (20.58 per hour), with daily overtime available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure a safety-first workplace by adhering to protocols and reporting any incidents.
• Meet production targets through safe operation of machinery and processes.
• Participate in cylinder filling, maintenance, and inspection activities.
• Load and unload cylinder vehicles as required.
• Maintain high standards during the filling process and comply with all training and operational guidelines.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in production or manufacturing roles is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team or independently.
• Willingness to perform manual handling tasks; full training will be provided.
• A DBS check will be required upon successful application.
