Production Operator
Location: St Neots
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00am 3:30pm
Start Date: Monday 4th August (Immediate start available)

We re recruiting Production Operators to join a well-established food and seed processing business based in St Neots. If you re reliable, hard-working, and ready to start immediately, this is a great opportunity to secure full-time work in a dynamic production setting.

As a Production Operator, you will:

  • Operate heavy-duty industrial and automated machinery
  • Carry out manual tasks such as tipping, packing, and labelling
  • Drive a forklift (training can be provided if needed)
  • Follow all site safety procedures and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment
  • Work closely with other departments including Warehouse, QC and Engineering

What We re Looking For

  • A good understanding of English (spoken and written)
  • A strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable working with machinery and performing physical tasks
  • Experience in food production or warehouse environments is helpful
  • Forklift experience is desirable but not essential
  • Someone who works well in a team and follows instructions carefully
