Production Operator/Forklift Driver Required Milton Keynes - Start ASAP

Are you an experienced Process Operator with a valid Counterbalance forklift licence? Looking for a long-term opportunity with a reputable company? We have a fantastic temp-to-perm position available in Milton Keynes that could be perfect for you!

This hands-on role is vital to the smooth running of our client's production operations. You'll work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring materials and processes are handled efficiently and safely.

Key Info:

• Working Hours: Rotating Shifts: 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm (Monday to Friday)
• Rate: 14.80 - 17.00 per hour
• Employment basis: Temp to perm
• Start date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and mixing materials
• Operating machinery
• Manual handling (up to 12kg-25kg)
• Inventory management and materials handling
• Overseeing quality control processes
• Monitoring and supporting manufacturing workflow
• Reporting and resolving any equipment or process issues
• Completing shift handovers and start-up duties
• Using internal systems and completing admin tasks
• Operating a Counterbalance forklift
• Taking full ownership of the processing area

What We're Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Inventory and materials handling experience
• Confident computer skills
• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence
