Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk
Hourly Rate: £13.75
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Contract Type: Temp-to-Perm

Are you an experienced production operative with a valid Counterbalance licence? We're working with a busy manufacturing business in Bury St Edmunds that's looking to strengthen its team with a reliable, hands-on individual who's confident working in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing:
• Operating Counterbalance Forklifts safely and efficiently
• Supporting the production line and assisting with general manufacturing duties
• Helping with machine setup, basic maintenance, and quality checks
• Moving stock and materials throughout the site
• Keeping the workspace clean and organised

What We're Looking For:
• A valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence - essential
• Recent experience in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment
• Physically fit and happy to get stuck in with manual handling
• A team player with good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
