Job summary

JCB, the UK's leading manufacturer of construction and agricultural equipment, is hiring Production Operatives for sites in Derbyshire and Staffordshire. You will join a fast-paced, target-driven environment on the assembly line with a favourable hourly rate of £14.94.

You'll need good eye for detail, a high level of accuracy and a good timekeeping and attendance record. Previous assembly or mechanical experience is desirable, although full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assemble construction equipment and vehicles on the production line.
• Maintain required performance levels.
• Use hand and air tools with ease.
• Load and unload vehicles and handle goods receiving.
• Participate in on-site training programmes to hone skills.
• Be flexible to take on other processes after training.
• Contribute to improvements through kaizen activities.
• Adhere to health and safety policies at all times.
