Job summary

JCB, the UK's leading manufacturer of construction and agricultural equipment, is seeking Production Operatives to join sites in Derbyshire and Staffordshire. The role offers a favourable hourly rate of £14.94 per hour with various shift patterns available, plus overtime at time-and-a-half where applicable.

You will work on the assembly line, assist in loading/unloading, and take part in on-site training programmes to hone your skills while supporting KPI targets and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Eye for detail and high accuracy.
• Good timekeeping and attendance record.
• Previous assembly or mechanical experience is desirable; full training provided.
• Be flexible and willing to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assemble construction equipment and vehicles on the line.
• Maintain required performance levels and quality.
• Use hand and air tools with confidence.
• Load and unload vehicles and manage goods receiving.
• Participate in on-site training and kaizen activities.
• Adhere to Health & Safety policies at all times.
