Job description

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative (Milk Filling) within our Production department at our M??ller Bridgwater Dairy.

This role involves operating our manufacturing machinery to produce high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have a strong team ethic, be results-driven, and proactive.

The ideal candidate will have experience using SAP and production machines in a manufacturing environment. A can-do attitude and the ability to work well under pressure are essential.

Contract: Full Time / 12-month fixed-term contract.

Salary: Starting from GBP 32,096.64 per annum plus overtime premiums.

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, 2 days, 2 nights, 7-7.

Location: Bridgwater.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Operate machinery and processes effectively to meet production targets.
• Maintain hygiene standards as per standard working conditions.
• System upkeep and related responsibilities.
• Cleaning activities.
• Quality control inspections to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Materials replenishment as needed.
• First-line maintenance checks.

Muller Responsibilities as a Production Operative:

• Participate in continuous business improvement initiatives.
