Job summary

Select Appointments in Mildenhall is seeking a Production Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company. The role is Temp to Perm with shift patterns outlined and a pay rate of £12.86 – £13.75 per hour (DOE).

Key duties include operating machinery, assembling products, performing quality checks and maintaining safety standards in a busy production line. Weekly pay and progression opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and capable of manual tasks.
• Reliable and punctual with good attendance.
• Experience in manufacturing or production is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Operate machinery and equipment safely and effectively.
• Assemble, handle and process manufactured products.
• Perform quality inspections on finished goods.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and procedures.
• Carry out manual handling duties, including heavy lifting.
