Production Operative (Fabrication) Jobs in Andover at Stannah Join Our Team!

Stannah has an exciting opportunity for a Fabricator Production Operative to join our Fabrication Department, based at our Andover Site.

This role involves the fabrication of sheet metal components and welded assemblies to specified drawings within a modern, fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll work on a shift pattern and be involved in various processes including cutting, pre-fab, bending and robotic.

As the Fabricator Production Operative, you will work Monday to Wednesday 14:00 to 00:00, Thursday 14:00 to 23:00. This is a permanent position which you will receive a 15% shift allowance.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about quality fabrication and enjoys working as part of a team, and is looking to contribute to a company that values safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.

To be successful as a Fabricator Production Operative it is essential that you have previous experience in a modern manufacturing environment.

Interpret technical drawings and fabricate components to high standards

Support continuous improvement initiatives and new product introductions

Maintain accurate daily reporting, machine efficiency, and housekeeping

Load/unload sheet steel and perform routine maintenance on equipment

Experience in a modern manufacturing environment

Strong team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Willingness to engage in cross-functional training and continuous learning

Understanding of health, safety, and environmental practices
