Job description

The roles are based on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, days from 6am to 6pm.

We have a number of fantastic opportunities at the Jacksons Distribution Centre in Newport Brough for Warehouse Operatives to join the team. A Warehouse Operative will ensure that products are picked, processed, and dispatched on time and in full to meet customer service levels and in accordance with company standards and policies.

Responsibilities of the role include:

1. Be a proactive member of the JDC team, working collaboratively and maintaining company standards in all areas of work.
2. Encourage and motivate colleagues to work as a team to a high standard.
3. Ensure safe working at all times, in line with company policies and procedures.
4. Ensure orders are picked, processed, and dispatched on time and in full.
5. Maintain quality throughout unloading, picking, and loading operations.
6. Meet delivery time deadlines.
7. Ensure order picking is on time, in full, and dispatched correctly.
