Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions, part of Spirax Group, is seeking a Production Operative for the Convoluting Nights shift at our Bradley Business Park site. The role offers an on-site position with an hourly rate of £13.45 and opportunities to contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing.

You will join a team that values compliance with health, safety and environmental policies, and supports development through training and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Good level of numeracy and general education.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Manufacturing background and understanding of manufacturing process.
• Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and keen eye for detail.
• Focused on target completion and proven ability to achieve results.
• Must possess a positive working attitude.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and communicate with other workers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability Policies and report dangerous issues to Team Leader or Production Manager; maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Ensure quality products are produced in the required quantity, on time, at the lowest possible cost, in line with Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude to training and personal development.
• Monitor process performance to maximise output.
• Carry out and document correct quality control checks for each job and complete all production paperwork.
• Work as a team to achieve departmental targets, company targets and customer deadlines.

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated Production Operative (Convoluting Nights) to join our dynamicteam.

Key Responsibilities

Ensuring compliance with the Company Environmental,Health, Safety andSustainability Policies, reporting any potentially dangerous issues/faults toyour direct Team Leader or Production Manager including but not limited tomaintaining a safe and clean work environment.

To ensure quality products are produced in the required quantity, on time, and at the lowest possible cost, in a manner in keeping with the Quality, Safety,Health and Environmental policies and procedures of the company.

Demonstrate a positive attitude to training and personal development.

Monitor the performance of the process ensuring maximum output is achieved at all times.
