Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions is seeking a Production Operative (Convoluting Nights) to join the Bradley Park site in Aflex, UK. The role offers an hourly rate of £13.45 and requires a hands-on approach to ensure safety, quality, and timely production of peristaltic pump components.

You will follow Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability policies, participate in training, and work as a team to meet targets and deadlines while maintaining a clean, safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability Policies; report hazards to your Team Leader or Production Manager.
• Ensure quality products are produced in the required quantity, on time, and at the lowest possible cost, aligned with policies.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude to training and personal development.
• Monitor process performance to maximise output.
• Carry out quality checks and complete all production paperwork.
• Work as a team to meet department targets and customer deadlines.

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated Production Operative (Convoluting Nights) to join our dynamicteam.

Key Responsibilities

Ensuring compliance with the Company Environmental,Health, Safety andSustainability Policies, reporting any potentially dangerous issues/faults toyour direct Team Leader or Production Manager including but not limited tomaintaining a safe and clean work environment.

To ensure quality products are produced in the required quantity, on time, and at the lowest possible cost, in a manner in keeping with the Quality, Safety,Health and Environmental policies and procedures of the company.

Demonstrate a positive attitude to training and personal development.

Monitor the performance of the process ensuring maximum output is achieved at all times.

Carry out and document the correct quality control checks for each job performed, completing all production paperwork.

Work as a team to ensure departmental targets, company targets and customer deadlines are achieved.

Skills/Experience

• Good level of numeracy and generaleducation
• Basic knowledge of computers
• Manufacturing background andunderstanding of manufacturing process
