Role: Production Operative Double Days

Location: Congleton CW12 1UW

Pay rate: GBP14.45 training rate GBP14.81 after training completed

Start: As soon as possible

Duration: Temporary ongoing contracts with potential future opportunities

Shifts offered: 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm alternating

Job Description:

The System Control Operator (SCO) operates a complete production line or sequence, monitoring and steering all relevant processes and parameters within a control room environment.

1. Sets up and controls the production program.
2. Configures production parameters and executes necessary checks.
3. Constantly monitors operations and process results, acting according to contingency plans in case of deviations.
4. Performs predefined and specialised quality checks.
5. Contributes to the assessment of production results.
6. Coordinates with maintenance staff for repair and maintenance issues.
7. Provides advice to manufacturing staff related to operations.

Please note: This position requires standing for extended periods.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience in a Production/Warehouse role or environment is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Must have a positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn.

Ability to communicate effectively and positively.
