Immediate Start - Production Operatives Wanted!

Location:

Barnwell, Northamptonshire, PE8

Shift:

Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 15:30, with potential to stay till 16:30 (1 hour overtime daily)

Pay:

£12.69/hour (overtime at £19.04/hour, Saturday overtime at £25.38/hour)

Bonuses:

Available after 3 months

About the Role:
  • Operate machinery and equipment (full training provided)
  • Prepare reinforced steel for production lines
  • Maintain factory machinery and vehicles
  • Assist with cleaning and safety tasks
  • Inspect products for quality
Candidate Requirements:

  • Good timekeeping, team spirit, and willingness to learn
