Job description

• Monday to Friday- 04:25-12:30/12:25-20:30 – Shifts on Rotation

Basic rate of £12.60 per hour plus either

• 16% enhancement of your basic rate for hours between 20:00 and 08:00, or
• 28% enhancement of your basic rate if you work at weekends.

ROLE SUMMARY:

As a Production Operator at Border Biscuits, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our production lines. You will be responsible for operating machinery, monitoring the production process, and maintaining high-quality standards. This hands-on role requires a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach, and the ability to work effectively as part of a dedicated team.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
2. Strong attention to detail to maintain our high-quality standards.
3. Excellent team player with good communication skills.
4. Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Flexible approach to working hours, including the possibility of shift work.
