Production Operative - 5am Start / Full Time, Cwmbran Area

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to work with our client as a full-time Production Operative in Pontypool, NP4 0JJ.

Your pay rate as a full-time Production Operative: [Insert pay rate]

Typical working hours as a full-time Production Operative:

You will work a 12-hour shift, which may be:

• Day shift: 5am to 5pm on a 4 on, 4 off rota
• Night shift: Monday to Thursday, 7pm to 5am or 9pm to 7am

Your role as a Production Operative includes:

• Producing high-quality bread, muffins, and rolls as part of the team on a production line
• Supporting shift leaders to achieve targets
• Maintaining a hygienic work environment
• Standing for up to 12 hours depending on the shift
• Working in a hot environment, manual work, including heavy lifting
