We’re looking for a dedicated and motivated Production Operative to join our production team at Sofina Foods. In this hands-on role, you’ll be part of a fast-paced environment preparing both fresh and frozen pork products to the highest quality standards.

Shift: The hours of work for this role are rotating weekly;

06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 Monday to Friday.

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Your Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and processing of pork products
• Ensure consistency and quality throughout the manufacturing process
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and product integrity
• Follow company procedures to meet food safety and allergen control standards
• Complete basic line paperwork and follow recipe guideline

• Previous manufacturing experience (food industry preferred)
• Strong attention to hygiene and food safety
• Good literacy and numeracy skills
