A staffing agency is offering a temporary Production Operative position in Harrogate. Temporary Contract - Production Operative / Production Support
Location: Harrogate
Contract: Temporary (3 to 5 months, possibly extended)
Salary: £12.21 per hour for the first 12 weeks, increasing to £12.82 per hour thereafter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate heat press machines
  • Pick and pack orders with great attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Assist in our busy production area and support team members.
  • Perform general factory duties, including lifting and physical tasks.
  • Ensure high standards of production and quality control are maintained.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a factory or production environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of print and/or heat press operations is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on high-quality results.
  • Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn new skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Working Hours & Shifts:

  • 5 days per week (37.5 hours)
  • Working Monday to Friday 8am till 16.00

Pay:

  • £12.21 per hour for the first 12 weeks, increasing to £12.82 per hour thereafter.
