Job description

We're working with a well-established manufacturing business in the Witney area, and they are currently seeking reliable, hardworking Production Operatives to join their team.

This is a hands-on, physically demanding role where you'll be involved in the preparation and cleaning of steel moulds, as well as supporting the production of high-quality materials.The work is predominantly outdoors and continues in all weather conditions - perfect for someone who enjoys being active and practical.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manual handling and lifting of materials

  • Cleaning, setting, and filling long-line steel moulds

  • Performing routine quality checks and recording results

  • Cleaning and maintaining machinery and equipment

  • Following all health and safety procedures

  • Supporting the wider team to meet daily production targets

What We're Looking For:
  • Physically fit and able to carry out regular heavy lifting

  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

  • Reliable, proactive, and a good team player

  • Previous manual or labouring experience desirable

  • Own transport preferred due to site location

The Offer:
  • Starting salary of £13.00 per hour

  • 40-hour working week

  • Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm

  • Full training provided

  • Long-term, stable employment with a growing business
