Production Operative

Location: Mells, Somerset

Starting Salary: £29,418 to £34,881 + Benefits (Salary increases annually based on experience).

Shift Patterns: 6:00am to 2:00pm & 2:00pm to 10:00pm, with a 10% shift allowance for working up to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. No weekend work unless required, with overtime paid at time and a half.

Due to our continued success and position as the UK's market leader, we are recruiting for Production Operatives with manufacturing experience at our site in Mells, Somerset (BA11 3PD).

Role Overview

Full induction and training will be provided. You will work as part of our manufacturing team to produce high-quality concrete drainage and related products. Training will include the use of hand tools, machinery, and mechanical handling equipment. Emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency is essential for success.

You will work a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime on Saturdays, paid at overtime rates. Flexibility in shift patterns and overtime is valued and rewarded.
