Job Title: Production Operative

Location: Aspatria

Shift Pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off (12-hour day shifts, 6am - 6pm)

Contract: Temp to Perm for the right candidate

Pay Rate: £12.80 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Operative to join our team based in Aspatria for a leading food manufacturing company. As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring the efficient and safe handling of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Bagging powder products as per company standards.
  2. Logging data accurately and maintaining records.
  3. Performing manual work, including lifting and moving materials.
  4. Taking readings and monitoring equipment.
  5. Carrying out various tasks as required to support the production process.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
  2. Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 4 days on, 4 days off schedule.
  3. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  4. Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks.
  5. Basic data logging and record-keeping skills.
  6. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
