Job summary

New Resource Recruitment are currently recruiting for Production Operatives across Wiltshire and Somerset, with both temporary and permanent opportunities available. We have immediate starts for suitable candidates.

Roles involve operating assembly line equipment, assembling, packing, labeling products, quality checking finished goods, and ensuring a clean, safe working environment. Shifts run 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00, with flexibility to meet daily production targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production preferred but not essential.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual and physically active.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a busy team.
• Flexible approach to working hours and shift patterns.
