Requirements of Production Operative:

• Be able to work as part of a team
• Be able to keep up with production schedules
• Have good timekeeping and attendance
• Be able to attend a 3 hour H&S induction
• Attention to details

Details:

• 14.27 per hour from day 1 (both shifts)
• The working hours are 36 hours per week
• Monday to Friday 6AM-1:30PM/1:30PM-9PM (Rotation)
• Location: Hams Hall Industrial Estate, Coleshill
• Duration: Ongoing

Role of a Production Operative:

• Material handling
• Assembling various parts of the bumper
• Machine Operation
• Ensuring that the bumper meets the exacting quality standards
• Working as part of a team to ensure targets are met
